When we decided to have an irrigation system installed we started calling on companies for an estimate. The first company we called never returned our call. Flora was our 2nd call and they responded right away. An appointment was set up. They were there on time, very professional and answered all our questions. After the meeting we knew we had found our installer.

Our yard was well established and our main concern was how much damage the install would do to our yard.We were assured they would complete the project without noticeable damage to our yard.

The crew showed up on time and completed the job with the exception of having to wait on the gas company to mark lines as promised. Everything was explained as they progressed the work. We also decided to have some much needed drainage installed. Which was also handled professionally.

After the job was completed and the system was fine tuned we had a thorough explanation of how to operate the system.

We could not have been happier with FLORA. When they walked away our yard showed little change except for the new sod installed. They know what they are doing and are customer oriented.

We would use them again and highly recommend.

I recently signed up With Flora Landscape for my home yard maintenance. They worked with me on how often I needed my yard cut and are reasonably priced. I was also able to add in seasonal trimmings of my trees and bushes. They communicate well when it rains and my lawn care has to be rescheduled.

During that storm last Saturday evening, my newly planted Crape Myrtle tree toppled; I was so frantic. Knowing it was late Saturday evening - and raining - I didn’t really expect Flora to be able to help me, but I just hoped for the assurance that they’d be out first thing Monday morning to right my tree and help it survive. I contacted Sebastian Alvarez; he, immediately, sent Danny and another gentleman to my house. Those two guys were SO kind; the fact that it was late and they surely wanted to end their workday never appeared in their reassuring and helpful attitudes. At that moment, all they seemed to care about was helping me. They were incredible. I have been very impressed with Flora and their entire Team and will use them again (and again) and recommend them highly!

This company was contracted by my builder to lay all the sod and level my lot. The first set of Sod was dead and then when they came and replaced it they only replaced some of it and took away most of the back sod and left it as just dirt. Also my lot is a foot lower than my neighbors and when we get any kind of rain my side floods! They tried to blame the fence installation team that accessed my lot from an open field on the total opposite side. I have been so disappointed and so has a lot of other people in our neighbor hood. I highly advise future people looking at them to STAY away!

At the onset we were pleased with our visit from the Flora rep and the services sounded incredible. We were looking forward to the work initially mentioned by the representative. We were told a quote for concrete work and lawn maintenance would be coming within a week. Unfortunately, it's been over two months and no quote has been received. After several calls to the company and no call back or quote, what should I think of this company. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Update:

After posting this review, I got a call from the company almost immediately. There was a mixup with the contact info and the concrete quote was forwarded right away to include a discount on the concrete work. The representative was very apologetic and polite. At this juncture we need to follow up with Flora on lawn maintenance and get clarification on the concrete work.

Flora really stepped up to the call. We were having both drainage and concrete issues at our residence and they knew just what to do. From the assessment, to the communication, and finally the install, I felt educated, and confident on how the job would play out. Needless to say, we were extremely with the finished product and highly recommend Flora for your residential or commercial Landscape needs!!
