A few years ago, they remodeled our bathroom, transforming it into a beautiful, code-compliant space in no time. So when our old wooden deck started falling apart and our front walk became unsafe, I knew exactly who to call.

Max provided excellent recommendations for beautiful, maintenance-free replacements that perfectly matched our needs. His work was not only fast and thorough, but the attention to detail was impressive. They even ensured that we were compliant by adding a step from our sliding door we didn't know was needed. Prices are fair and upfront and Max was always great at addressing small problems that came up without nickel and diming you for everything. Max does what he says he will do and he will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They did a great job on my kitchen remodel and I have used them again for small projects. Highly recommend.

Rami, Max and Gali are a great team! From our first meeting through our last, they always had the answers to our questions. They listened to our ideas (the good ones and the bad ones) and explained our options and decisions we needed to make and when we needed to make them.
Our initial meeting was with Rami to get an estimate for the JADU we wanted built in Semi Valley. We were impressed by his knowledge and familiarity of the building codes, quirks of the Cities and Counties, the timing and costs of permits and pricing of labor and materials. We were pleased to see that ASAP New Renovations estimate was within our budget. They were not the highest or lowest, but they were the most professional and knowledgable.
The design phase was actually easy. They liked our ideas and we liked theirs. The Architect put it all together quickly and we submitted the plan to the city. As warned by Rami, the city was not especially quick to file, look at, return or decide… anything. Gali took the lead and guided us though the different City departments as fast as possible to get all the permits (getting those permits was like pulling teeth). Gali kept us informed through the entire process. Rami and Max ended up meeting with the City planning bigwig in order to get the final sign off!
Then we got started!!! Max had his crew working at 8 AM the following day after we received the permits. From that day until the JADU was completed and they gave us the keys, we ALWAYS knew when the crews were going to be working and what they would be doing. We never heard “waiting for the plumber” or “the materials aren’t available until tomorrow” or ANY excuses. There were never any stops or gaps in the work, they just got the job done! Max guided us through the picking out of the appliances, shower tile, kitchen counters and tops, air/heat, hot water heater etc. He gave us pricing options for everything they provide and sent us to his sources which enabled us to get his lower prices.
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to have them as our Contractors! And YES! We would choose them again!
