I have been having a terrible experience, sloppy work and slow progress. I have been told four times the work was done only to come home and find a terrible job, and it not even being close to being finished. The fourth time I was told it was done I found they had damaged my floor to try and “fix” something and they made it worse!! As well as just more sloppy work. All of these photos are from after the fourth time I was told they were done.

I recently hired Kitchen & Bath for a bathroom remodel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The experience was riddled with poor communication, scheduling inconsistencies, and unprofessional behavior that made the entire process stressful and frustrating.
From the very beginning, their communication was atrocious. Days would go by without hearing from anyone, falling to us to initiate conversations. Scheduling was a nightmare, as contractors either didn't show up or arrived unannounced, leaving us scrambling to accommodate them.
Their craftsmanship was sub-par- they broke through the bathroom wall into the adjoining room, slapped some mud on it and called it done. They installed the vanity and lights before sanding the walls, leaving us to deal with the mess and painting afterward. The BLACK grout is still running when it gets wet (4 months later), as they didn't seal it properly. The drain in the tub is the wrong color, and the threshold between the bathroom and hallway is a 3 inch difference.
The overall experience was absolutely horrible, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Beware of Kitchen & Bath Contractor Company. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and shoddy workmanship are not worth the headache. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company that actually cares about their clients and the quality of their work.
